This Privacy Policy describes how Viz Studio LLC ("Viz Studio," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vizstudio.io or use the vizstudio library of Data Studio / Looker Studio community visualizations (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up, request a trial, suggest a chart, or subscribe to updates, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, company, and role.
- Payment information. If you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and administer the Service, including trial setup and subscription management.
- To respond to inquiries and chart suggestions.
- To send service announcements and, where you've opted in, product updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Your Report Data
vizstudio Visualizations render inside Google Data Studio / Looker Studio using Google's community visualization framework. Your report data is processed by Google's infrastructure and rendered in your browser — it is never transmitted to Viz Studio servers. Our Visualizations contain no analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party network calls.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, form processing, email delivery, and payment processing), under obligations consistent with this policy; or when required by law; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply until amended.
5. Cookies & Third-Party Resources
The website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and libraries from public CDNs (jsDelivr); those providers may receive standard request data (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches these resources, governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the life of your subscription plus a reasonable period — and then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the size of our business to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
